If you are a Groupon Customer and you are looking to get a refund for your purchase please contact Groupon to do so.
All packages expire 30 days past the number of massages purchased.
For example: Purchase three massages four months time is allotted to use all sessions otherwise client forfeits massages.
Monthly members are not eligible for a refund until 14 days after the initial charge. After which, the member is granted a 50% refund.
Exclusive Members are eligible for a refund 90 days after initial sign up and purchase at which time members will be able to receive a 50%refund. After 180 days members will be able to receive a 25% refund.
